There was a cracked headlight which they offered to replace, due to my time restraints I took the car back two weeks later to replace headlight another excellent service. Staff in the Repairs part were very friendly n did a wonderful job expained the work needed finishing in half time so thank you I would recommend giving them a visit.

At quite short notice we arranged to view and buy a 2009 SWB VW T5 2.5td. It was prepared ready for viewing and collection the next day, and bill from garage to prove new discs and pads fitted as part of the prep. Brought it home, quick once over by my local garage (nothing needed) and off we went on a 3500 mile aid journey to Ukraine and back with it. Didn\'t miss a beat. 110kg of chocolate and Easter eggs, almost 500 soft toys, flour sugar oil pasta rice tea coffee and biscuits too. Loaded like tetris with not a cubic centimetre of spare space but it performed faultlessly. Really happy to recommend this garage (we travelled from Somerset). No hassle no fuss and everyone friendly.

Steve walked around the car while describing it to me over the phone. 100% honest. Excellent customer service. It requires a certain level of trust when making a deal over the phone from Ireland but Steve made it easy. I paid a deposit over the phone & the balance on picking up the car. So for me it was easy, flight from Cork to Liverpool, taxi to pick up my car & a ferry home. All complete within 1 day. Easy..! I recently bought an golf GTD & from start to finish had a great experience dealing with pete. He made the whole process easy & personable. I booked a test drive through text message & pete contacted me early the next day, spending time while I asked him lots of questions, he also replied fully to any texts regarding queries no matter when I sent them. When I arrived for the test drive both pete & the car were ready for me & had been fully cleaned/ valeted. pete was on hand to answer any questions I had and show me how everything worked, at no time were there any pressure sales from him. I was happy with the deal which he offered me & now look forward to driving my new car. thanks beech garage especially pete
